The time flew by and everyone had a great time with plenty of screams and laughs through out. We would recommend this to anyone in or visiting Liverpool. Contained Liverpool has a strict no-refund policy; all bookings are final and non-transferable. Refunds are not issued for early departures or non-participation. Rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability, and the new booking must be within 30 days of the original. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours incur a 30% rebooking fee. Same-day reschedules or requests within 24 hours are not permitted. During Halloween peak season (Oct 1 - Nov 3), no bookings can be rescheduled.

Amazing!!! I booked to do snatched after never being before and oh my god was it scary! We unfortunately didn’t complete it as we got to scared in the 49th minute of the game and left our game leader was so friendly and helpful when we got stuck! I would recommend doing the exorcist first to ease you into these sort of games! Will 100% be back!
Great room escape, we did the exorcist and we were well an truly spooked 😂 The lady who ran out session was fantastic, super welcoming and set a great atmosphere. She was fabulous at giving us a helping hand when needed and even joined in the laughter when one of our friends screamed from a jump scare. If I was brave enough to do the 5* scary room id definitely go back again. The puzzles weren't impossible but they weren't too easy either. It took 6 of us almost the full hour to escape and that was with clues. Would highly recommend for a fun afternoon if you're feeling brave.
We originally booked Snatched but got too scared at the last minute—thankfully, the team had a slot available for The Exorcist, and we jumped at the chance! It turned out to be absolutely brilliant. The atmosphere was terrifying in all the right ways, with immersive effects, clever puzzles, and some really intense moments that had us on edge the whole time. A huge shoutout to Sean and Kirsty for being so understanding and helpful when we chickened out. Kirsty was our game master for The Exorcist, and she was amazing! She guided us perfectly, giving just enough hints when we needed them without taking away from the challenge. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail really added to the whole experience. If you’re looking for a heart-racing, immersive escape room with fantastic staff who go above and beyond, Contained Liverpool is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back to (maybe!) face Snatched next time!
