Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by Go Ballistic. If you cancel more than 31 days before your event, you'll receive a full refund minus your deposit. Cancellations made 31 days or less prior to the event are non-refundable. If you need to reduce group numbers, the same cancellation charges apply per person. For cancellations due to adverse weather or unavoidable circumstances by the venue, your booking will be rescheduled within three months, but refunds are not applicable. A 'Flexi Date' option allows one reschedule up to two weeks before the event, but no refunds are given if new dates aren't available. Without Flexi Date, rescheduling within 14 days incurs a £40 fee. In cases of pandemic closures, a credit voucher valid for six months will be issued instead of a refund.
