Booking & Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 31 days before your booked date are eligible for a full refund, minus the deposit. For cancellations within 31 days of the event, no refund will be issued. All cancellations or reductions in group size must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by us, either via email to admin@geronigo.com or by post. If the venue cancels due to extreme weather or other unavoidable circumstances, your booking will be rescheduled to a new date within three months. A Flexi Date option allows rescheduling up to two weeks prior to the event. Without Flexi Date, rescheduling within 14 days incurs a £40 fee. Bookings placed on hold expire after six months without rescheduling, and pandemic-related cancellations result in a six-month credit voucher instead of a refund.
