All monies paid for paintball bookings are generally non-refundable, with an exception for bereavement of an immediate family member within seven days of the event, upon application with a death certificate. For bookings made over the phone, changes to the date are possible (subject to availability), and credits may be issued for players who fail to attend, allowing them to visit at a future date without additional payment. However, payments made in person are final, and no changes or credits will be issued for no-shows.
