Delta Force Paintball bookings are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. The only exception for a refund is in the case of a bereavement of an immediate family member within seven days of the event, upon providing a death certificate. For bookings made over the phone, changes to the date are possible (subject to availability), and credits may be issued for no-show players, allowing them to attend a future game without extra payment. Prepayments and paintballs for no-show players are otherwise forfeited, though credits for future visits may be carried forward.

We had a great time celebrating my sons 13th birthday at Kegworth. Everything ran smoothly from booking to safety talks through to the great hosts. The staff were fab, friendly, professional, explaining the games to us. We'll definitely be back
