Had a weapon malfunction that lead to my gun burst firing, having prometheus hispeed parts and asg boost motor a good few rounds did go off. Approached by a marshal shouting at me, tried to explain it was a malfunction, couldnt really hear him very well due to having noise damaged ears but he wasnt very sympathetic at the least. but was warned to be more careful, guy came off far too strong. Later i panned a door of a room, seen a marshal, didnt shoot continued panning, seen players of the other team shot one or two there was a good group as i panned back i seen another someone move out from behind cover it unfortunately a marshal, fired once as i couldnt see the high vis well in the extremely dark room. It was the same marshal as before, guy started screaming at me "are you serious theres 2 marshals standing here" ect ect ect. I think reassessing the approach to new players would be a good call, ive never been at the site before and dont appreciate paying 35 quid to feel like im at basic training or left feeling disrespected when i maintain respect for everyone running the site. Alot of the games were very complex also, go find this guy to shoot and medi him in this place you dont know, so you can find another guy that the first guy can unhandcuff then the original guy will go rogue. At the minimum more time could be spent for first time players or people new to the sport based on the site locations and more identifiers couldve been used. The games were prompt and good eta for the next games were set. A few times i asked other players on my team on the whereabouts of key locations or objectives and they were as clueless as myself, i believe reflecting the need for more time spent with new players. Perhaps a map or tour of the site initially would be good, i kept getting a sense that the site was expanding but it was infact just because it was larger than i initially had believed. Lastly there was alot of arguing amongst players of the same team and shouting at players of the other team.
Definitely my favourite site to play, cqb action with the added dark is magic. Marshals are all approachable and friendly. Honestly can't say a bad word about the place, from having to start all over again at a new site they definitely know what they're doing. Here's to many more years of top class CQB

The Depot has a strict booking policy: reservations cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, deferred, cancelled, changed, or refunded once made. The only exception is if The Depot itself cancels a gameday due to unavoidable circumstances, in which case players will be offered the choice of an alternative date or a full refund. This policy ensures that all attendees understand the commitment required when booking their airsoft experience.

First time at the new site and had a great day. Can only give it 4stars for now as it's still really dark in a lot of areas and you can't see much nevermind what colour of tape everyone has on leading to a number of team kills. However... Staff are great, approachable and happy to clarify any rules etc Layout is nice with some nice lanes to run with a good flow And the future with expansion will make this place one of the must play sites in the UK.
Needs time to grow ! Potential good site but not worth the extra £10 you pay compared to other cqb sites , i personally had a poor time their. 2 team members also had poor experience and as a whole we will avoid for around a year or so. Ok credit when credit due!! Originally gave only a 2 star review and at the time a feel it was fair? now a 4. Been a few more times now and it has improved considerable ! Probably the best CQB site in Scotland.
Having only been to 3 sites I think the depot is one of my all time favourites, staff are really awesome giving you tips and advice and kind enough to take you aside if your a bit out of line had a great time everytime I go and the variety of game modes is crazy can't wait for the future of attending this site.
