I’ve had a great experience here – the food is decent, and the PG is always clean. The maintenance staff is prompt and responsive,Indore games place is there ensuring a hassle-free living experience.
I recently had a disappointing experience with Puzzles Living Euphoria House; my younger brother enrolled here and I as his guardian paid a token amount of ₹10,000, but despite vacating the room within a day and without even staying overnight (due to reasons unable to mention here), we were informed that the amount would not be refunded. Upon persisting, we were told a 50% refund was possible, but later informed that the amount was forfeited as the bed is still empty after two months till now but that should not be our concern but the business’. While the ambiance is fairly good, the handling of transactions and customer concerns seems lacking and their policies completely unclear. Future/new students looking for accommodation here should ensure they fully understand all terms and conditions, ask for receipts, and clarify refund policies to avoid similar issues. Sometimes it’s not just about money but more about trusting a business and having fair practices, especially one that could have been or will be your home for a college tenure.
The entire house is well maintained and clean. Rooms are clean and kept in check. The interior looks very nice. Indoor games are available. Parking is spacious but needs little ordering for parking so all can take it easily when needed. 3 washing machine and spacious places for indoor walking . Terrace spacious for putting for drying clothes. 4 times food only veg. No lift. No power backup. No ventilation in the room which i got .The bathroom which i got is not that good no ventilation so the smell stays. Improvements : power backup, lift , non veg food in menu. For the rent collecting these are mandatory.
