Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended Our visit to this resort was quite underwhelming. Unfortunately, customer safety and satisfaction don’t seem to be a priority here—it felt like the focus was more on maximizing profits than providing a quality experience. On the day of our visit, the resort had admitted over 800 guests for a day outing. As a result, we couldn’t participate in a single activity from morning until afternoon. When we raised our concerns with the staff, their responses were dismissive and unhelpful, showing little regard for guest issues. The food was average at best. To enhance the guest experience, the resort should consider limiting the number of visitors per day. Based on our experience, I would advise others to explore alternative options.
I visited this facility as part of my company's team outing on July 18, 2025 (a weekday), and was surprised to find it extremely overcrowded—just like on weekends. The waiting time for activities was over an hour, with 6-7 other companies present on the same day. While the facilities themselves are not bad, it feels like the management prioritizes profit over guest comfort. They should restrict the number of people allowed per day to improve the experience for customers. If possible, I would recommend avoiding this facility.

Mixed experience — here’s a quick breakdown: • The food was quite good overall. • Kayaking and boating were enjoyable and well-managed. • The property is beautiful, with a well-maintained campus and scenic surroundings. A few areas could use improvement: • The pool wasn’t in the best condition and could be better maintained. • Many activities required additional cash deposits, even after booking a package — which felt a bit inconvenient. • Locker facilities could definitely be improved for a more hassle-free experience. Overall, a decent place with potential, but a few operational tweaks would go a long way.
Good resort for team outing. It was overall an average experience as we had only lunch and high tea. We played paint ball which had duration of 7 minutes and was amazing experience. Then we played human Foosball for which we had amazing game with teammates. Kayaking was also interesting as it was quite big place for it. Other adventures included giant swing , bubble soccer , archery tag, melt down etc. We also played cricket and football. Food could have been better. And they can keep more adventurous sports .
Visited Area 83 recently and had an amazing time! The place is packed with fun and well-organized activities — from bubble soccer and human foosball to kayaking, archery tag, and the thrilling giant swing. Every activity was well managed, and the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout. The food was another highlight — delicious and satisfying, with a good variety to choose from. Whether you’re going with friends, family, or colleagues, Area 83 offers a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Highly recommend it for a fun-filled day out!
