The employees were not very customer friendly. Not at all professional. In all honesty if I had another gun shop I would have shopped somewhere else. When spending over $500 I expected more respectful employees. They were eating at the counter where I was filling out paperwork, didnt say yes mam or thank u, I wont be going back there due to the unprofessional behavior of those young men. Let me mention one more thing. While this employee was helping me, he left me standing there and asked another customer if he needed help, luckily the man was already being helped by someone else. How rude of him. Finish with me before offering someone else help. Im very disappointed in the quality of service I received at this place. Sorry about this guys but there needs to be some adjustments with how u treat your customers especially when spending over $500 in your store. Thank u
Great range experience with minimal frills and straightforward rules. They had friendly staff in both the shop and on the range. As someone who has primarily shot in fields and pits, this was an awesome experience and a bonus being just down the street from my house. I spent a half hour shooting on the rifle range and then another half hour shooting on the pistol range and both we're great. I will definitely be back.

I visited Reds yesterday with a group of friends. We found the range employees to be quite pleasant. You’ll have to read a list of range rules and sign a safety waiver before you can visit the range. We got two lanes, one for handguns, one for rifles, and made sure to take turns with each others’ firearms. We rented two .357 Magnums and we were pleased with both the firearms and the brief operations and safety training from the range employees. The handgun and rifle ranges are in the same room, right next to each other. I brought my own hearing protection and eye glasses, but appreciate that Reds provides included hearing protection and safety glasses for customers who did not bring their own. The acoustics of the room aren’t real great, but that’s what happens when you’re around firearms, so it is what it is. While Reds isn’t my main range, solely due to distance from home, it’s super close to work and a great half way point for me to meet with some friends and practice with each others’ firearms. I can assure that I will be returning and renting additional firearms.
We were treated really well as first-time shooters and the instructions were clear, which made the experience comfortable and fun. The only downside was the pricing because it wasn’t clear upfront. We thought it was $20 per hour per lane so sharing a lane meant sharing the cost, but we were charged $20x3, so sharing didn't really do anything. I was also worried about dealing with any egos or being treated poorly but thankfully that wasn’t an issue. Overall, we had a good time.
I was almost discouraged from visiting due to the reviews but Corie was amazing, welcoming and very professional. I live close by and will definitely become a regular. Thank you reds range! Now I don’t have to drive far to get some training in.
