Good Range, Good price, Good stuff. 1- They are not babysitter. 2- They are doing great safety procedure. 3- They are explaining everything properly, answering all questions very friendly. 4- This place for real people. If you know what you are doing, probably you can get a lot of fun and proper quality time. If you are first timer, you have to watch video and get your life time register card cost was 25$ (last quarter 2025) and each daily entry was 25$. If you are shooting with rifle, you cant use FMJ for safety purposes.
The range itself is great, the guys who run it are insufferable. Feels like they change the rules on a whim, been coming here for years and almost every time leave annoyed. All the staff besides Woody are incredibly rude for no reason, no matter how polite and rule abiding you are. I pray someone opens another outdoor range around here so I don’t have to deal with someone’s bitter angry grandpa every time I wanna go relax and shoot.

I read the reviews, but had to find out for myself. First time to an outdoor range mind you. Pros: - simple instructions (stay behind the yellow line during ceasefire) - safety first, no FMJ rifle rounds (high chance of ricochet) - friendly staff (range officer even helped me unjam a firearm) - safest range I’ve been to, no one waving around firearms or instagram jackasses - rental prices are reasonable (they let me rent two for the price of one, because one of them kept jamming, and fixed the second one) - contrary to some reviews, people of all colors were happy shooting and conversing and were not singled out - clean range - friendly experienced shooters - golf carts for long range targets Cons: - If you need a modern range with amenities, this isn’t the range for you - If you are sensitive, this is not the range for you. - if you can’t follow instructions, again not the range for you - they only take cash Conclusion - If you’re a serious shooter looking to improve at a safe, orderly range and don’t care about tons of amenities, this is definitely the place for you.
I read the reviews and I almost didn’t go, but I’m glad I did. I do understand the frustration about the FMJ and I do wish in the future that can change. But I had an absolute blast, the gentlemen running the range were great. I took my dad in there and we love taking the golf cart to the 200 & 300 yards. They do call cease fire every 20 minutes. For some, it might be ideal if you want safety as paramount. Others prefer more autonomy and it’s understandable.
Bring your own ammo. Read their rules or even call before coming with larger calibers. Otherwise I have a lot of fun here sticking with 9mm and the shotgun range. The staff is always very friendly in my experiences! My biggest request is to get with a local vending company, and get some vending machines with better options.
