The service was very good! One of our party members wasn't able to come in today, but the guy working at the desk understood completely and we got refunded! We went for the Brooklyn nine-nine themed escape room, and it was elaborate yet fun! It was very nostalgic and the background music made it less stressful so we could clear our heads and solve the obstacles.

We had such a fun time in the Escape the Pound escape room! Our pup had a blast. The owner was incredibly welcoming and clearly passionate about creating a unique experience for both people and their pets. Everything was thoughtfully designed and it was such a joy to see our dog engaged and having fun alongside us. Highly recommend for a memorable outing with your furry friend!
Fans of Brooklyn 99 will absolutely love the Heist at Nine-Nine escape room. It combines a classic escape room with trivia questions about the show. It is not just for hardcore 99 fans: the staff quizzes you before the start to determine how they set the level of difficulty. One of our team did not know the show but was fully able to participate and helped solve all of the puzzles. We had a great time and would recommend to everyone.
As a lot of the other reviews have mentioned, it feels bad giving a less than stellar review of this business as the staff working here are so friendly and you can tell it is a small business with a lot of effort behind it. That being said, comparing it to other escape rooms, it is definitely on the lower end in terms of quality (and to be fair it is on the cheaper end cost wise at $26 a person). We did the retro video game room. I did enjoy some of the puzzles, however I would say it tries to do a little too much with the number of times it tries to employ misdirection. A lot of the puzzles aren't that intuitive, and in some cases it felt like we solved the puzzle by fluke or intuition and then finding the "clues" later. I hope if the owner is reading this that they take it not as criticism, but feedback for their consideration. They rotate the themes of their rooms over time, so might be worth checking out every once and awhile to see what themes are available (past include the Simpsons and the office, while Taylor Swift is another current one).
