Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations for escape room bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled game time to qualify for a full refund or to reschedule without penalty. If you cancel within 48 hours of your game, the booking becomes non-refundable. However, rescheduling might still be possible at our discretion and subject to availability. To modify or cancel an existing reservation, please contact us directly by phone during our operational hours. No-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking without refund or rescheduling options.

We had such a great time at Trapped Midtown doing Lost & Found! It was our very first escape room and we almost solved it — just missed out on two parts. The rooms were super realistic and the puzzles were clever and challenging, especially for first-timers like us, but we absolutely loved it. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming, and one of them (wish we remembered her name!) really made our experience extra special. We also got to play some board games.
This is my first time at Trapped Midtown and Jules was a fantastic host! Jules was a very welcoming and enthusiastic host, and their hints were very clear and helpful. Jules was very patient and made our experience here amazing. The escape room was fantastic--it was very detailed and challenging. I would definitely recommend coming here!
I had a wonderful experience at the escape room. The staff were absolutely amazing—attentive, patient, and incredibly understanding of my group's loud and chaotic energy. Their friendly demeanor really contributed to our overall enjoyment of the experience. The escape room itself was a thrilling challenge! It was both super fun and quite difficult, but we successfully made our escape, which was incredibly satisfying.
