His demeanor was the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness, making us feel welcome and thoroughly engaged from start to finish. Andrew's positive attitude undoubtedly contributed to a wonderfully memorable and enjoyable outing for our entire group. I’ve been to several escape rooms in Toronto, and Looking Glass Adventures is my favourite! Especially “It Came From The Attic!” - one of the most fun and unique rooms I’ve ever done. We’ve done 3 rooms here, and each one has been a blast. The sets are meticulously designed and create an immersive atmosphere; the puzzles are super creative and a nice variety of different types in each room; the progression and story arcs are satisfying; and the staff is awesome! They also have a good range of rooms and puzzles, so there’s something for every age and experience level. If you’re looking for an awesome escape room experience, definitely check it out!
Our group went to this escape room last night and played "It Came From The Attic". The room was well made and the puzzles and story was interesting! We also thought our host, Andrew, made the experience much better. We could see he aimed to perform with his best acting, and had excellent customer service skills. We opted to do a second room that night as a result and enjoyed our time in that room as well (Operation Flamingo - Secret Agent)! It was a great night out! We even got to leave with balloon animals! Will come again someday!
Our first visit from the US and we had the best time! The room was fun, challenging, and everyone was so nice. 10/10 recommend if you are looking for a great escape!
