I purchased a hopper and asked that it be delivered to my home address. Instead, Premium had it delivered to a postal outlet 2.5 miles away. I am confined to a wheelchair and this required me to wheel up an incline for 2.5 miles in the rain just to retrieve a part worth $10. Max said they had to ship it this was way to cover their ass for fraud. I paid for the part with a credit card how could there be fraud. I wanted to purchase a paintball marker but Max said they would not change their policy. Do not shop here!!!!

Well equipped store with friendly service. I was surprised to find a large selection of HK Army gear that no other stores in the GTA carried. Staff were willing to show me markers and explain differences.
Great place for all your paintball/airsoft needs. Met the owners son yesterday to get a new tank regulator put on. They did the job in minutes and was cheaper than 90% of other stores. Shop with confidence great guys all around. Lots in stock, nice store. Highly recommend shopping here over other paintball stores.
The owner was very friendly and knowledgable about all things Airsoft and had a good selection of equipment. He was truthful about what is just for show and what is practical and he spent a lot of time answering all questions we had. The owner’s St. Bernard dog is also adorable and friendly
