This place is taking advantage of people with Delta Force coupons, and they straight-up lied to our friends, saying the coupon was a scam — which is completely false. We went to the real Delta Force location (only 7 minutes away from Barrie Paintball), but our friends accidentally showed up here with the coupon. Instead of simply telling them they were at the wrong venue, the staff told them we were already inside — a total lie. We weren’t even there. We were already at the correct location. They used that lie to pressure our friends into paying on the spot, which is beyond shady. If you’re not going to accept the coupons, fine — but all you have to do is tell people they’re at the wrong location instead of lying and calling the coupons a scam. Because they’re not. The actual Delta Force honoured them without any issue and treated us with respect. This place? Dishonest, manipulative, and clearly trying to profit off confusion. Don’t fall for it.
Avoid at All Costs - they are the scammers This was hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had at any facility. We accidentally went to this location thinking it was the one we had booked with (a different nearby paintball place where our friends had already checked in). Instead of clarifying or helping us figure things out, the staff here immediately told us our booking was a scam and told us our friends already paid to get in. They said that paying $67 for 500 bullets was the minimum required — plus they kept our coupon booklet and made it sound like they were doing us a favour by letting us in. I even tipped them, thinking they were being helpful. Only after we got inside did we realize our friends were at the correct facility — the one we actually booked — just a few minutes away. No issues there, no weird fees, and certainly no lies about scams. I went back to try to get a refund, especially since I hadn’t even used one of the bags of paintballs, and they said they’d only give me $10 back out of the $70 I paid. Absolutely outrageous. They are the real scam, calling their competition fake just to trick people into staying and spending money. This place exploits confusion between facilities to scam unsuspecting guests. Unethical, unprofessional, and disgraceful. Save yourself the money and stress — do not come here.

For weekday or evening bookings, a full refund is available if you cancel at least 12 hours in advance. However, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required for private group bookings, especially on weekends, and must be paid at least 3 days in advance. We recently held our staff appreciation event at The Real Barrie Paintball and it was a blast! Jason and Hope were a pleasure to work with, and helped us to put on an amazing event for our team. We had lots of fun team building and the laughs have continued as we compare our battle wounds! Highly recommend!
We recently went paintballing with a group of friends and it was absolutely amazing! We got a huge dose of adrenaline and excitement. Special thanks to Dmitriy, the best referee ever! He explained everything clearly and with a great sense of humor, which made the experience even better. I especially loved the location and the game zones , everything was well-designed, fun, and action-packed. We were all very impressed and will definitely come back again! Went for the first time with a group of friends yesterday and had such a fun time. Landon the ref was great at his job and enforcing the rules. And honestly to the people bitching about "being yelled at " in earlier comments..if you're not following the safety rules and taking your masks off on the battlefield, you're gona get yelled at! That's super dangerous. Definitely will be back soon. Thank you
