As a group of 5, we had a great time! Easy check-in, super friendly staff. Well-explained set-up and if we needed help, it was there. We didn’t Last Resort and walking to our room, the other rooms looked great! Lots of attention to detail. A chair was provided to our pregnant friend which helped a lot. Free parking and a locker provided for us for free. Snacks and drinks available to purchase. Free Photo Booth with a themed frame was a really nice touch at the end! Would return!
Adding details as I forgot to, initially. This place was great! Had an amazing time and our team set the record for the day. The puzzles are super well thought out, and the staff were fantastic. I highly recommend this place Next time I'm in Canada, I'll be sure to bring the team again!

Awesome experience. Our group of six had a great time. The staff members were friendly, informative & helpful. The escape room "Pathogen" was challenging, but a lot of fun. It was the first time doing an escape room for three of our group members and we'd definitely do another one. The facility overall was clean and the escape room was well laid out and the props and puzzles etc. were well done. It really made you feel like you were part of the experience. The free, unlimited photo booth pictures that you can take & have emailed to you, was a nice added touch and I think the experience was well worth the price of the ticket. Thanks to everyone at Escape Games for a great time.✌🏼
Ok, THIS is THE place for Escape Rooms in the GTA. No bullshit bike-lock solving number puzzles here. Everything you solve is meaningful and interactive! EVERY room is crazy detailed and immersive. There's subway trains, haunted manors, underground magic card battles, tube slides and lasers, an under... liquid... LARGE BODY of liquid... shocking... bio... place. They're ALL amazing!!! Do yourself a favour. Order the combo deal of 2 experiences, and after the first room, run off to the McDonalds just up the road and grab a snack, THEN, come back for round 2. ...and dress the part, dang it!
We decided to try this location for a family outing with some of us having it been our first time doing an escape room and for some of us only having done one once before. We chose to do the room "The Missing Will" and it was such a fun experience, it made us all want to make plans to do another one. The room itself was amazingly decorated with many challenging puzzles and the room itself was quite large. I love that there is a TV screen in there to help you on your mission and lots of side puzzles as well. The only thing about the room itself is we all found the end of this room a little confusing with some clues missing. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Overall, I absolutely recommend this place and we are hoping to go back in the future to try a different room!
