This is a very busy location however what I needed I was able to get in and out in 30 minutes. The staff was super friendly. Everyone asked me if I needed help or would I needed help with and I was able to get everything done in a timely fashion. There was a long line for the range so I suggest getting there early or making a reservation if they take them. They also offer a concealed weapons glasses every Sunday at 11:30 AM which I thought was great, you don’t have to make a reservation, but they highly recommend it to make sure you get a spot. Everything you need they have!

ShootStraight Tampa is hands down the best indoor shooting range I've ever visited—no exaggeration. The staff? Incredibly friendly and helpful, like they're genuinely excited to see you there. It's one of the rare spots that offers both 25-yard and 100-yard ranges, giving you plenty of space to really dial in your shots. On top of that, their membership fees are super affordable, and their FFL transfer costs are among the lowest I've seen anywhere. And don't worry, this isn't some budget joint skimping on service—everything runs smoothly and safely, with top-notch facilities all around.
I kind of want to keep this hidden gem all to myself, but I'm too thrilled not to shout it out: if you're into shooting, you owe it to yourself to check it out. Bonus points for their occasional ammo sales—they're often cheaper than ordering online and paying shipping fees. Seriously, five stars all the way!

I've been a member here for a while now and I really appreciate how helpful and very safety-oriented the staff are regarding the range. Donovan Gater has helped me with more than one purchase because I'm not super-knowledgeable--but I am learning a lot by coming here. My wife loves the Mondays as 'ladies shoot free' on the range. You can also rent various guns to try them on the range. A ton of interesting firearms in the store plus lots of accessories and equipment. They also offer a VIP program that gives top-drawer concierge-level service.
I had a great time for my first time. The experience was amazing. Everybody was nice the workers they are on their thing. They did a good job helping me. I love to see great customer service and when I promise you, it was the best customer service I have ever seen in my life. I definitely give this a 10 out of 10
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the wide selection of items and the variety of firearm brands they carry. The team greeted me with a friendly and professional attitude, making me feel comfortable and safe. The facilities are well-maintained, organized, and equipped with clear safety measures, which really builds confidence. A special thanks to the staff for taking the time to explain the different types of licenses available, as well as safety protocols and best practices for carrying a firearm. Their tips and recommendations were incredibly helpful and showed a genuine commitment to customer education and safety. I highly recommend this place for both beginners and experienced shooters. I left with an excellent experience and look forward to coming back. Thank you to the entire team!
