Took my D License course here and Danielle and Mario are the best, they made sure I understood completely what I needed to know, they made the class interesting and fun, and I really appreciate their spirit of wanting you to be the best for the security industry....Thanks guys for being the professionals you are and yes I will be returning for my G license classes.

I had so much fun learning comprehensive security techniques for any situation. Both instructors engaged with a sense of welcome and warmth, showing genuine concern for us as individuals. The atmosphere was a 10 out of 10, with a learning environment that compares to none. For those who come after me, be honest and kind to each other. Danielle and Mario, I’ll be back for more teachings and my recoil. Wishing you all a blessed journey.

I wish I could give a 0 stars. I made an appointment on line and it never said it was a new place or anything. I was sent an email with no information of where the class was to be held. I went to the original location on Fowler then the MLK location. No one was at either. When called the business, when calling the phone number no one answered. It took several times calling before I was able to get anyone. The lady Danielle said they were closed on Sundays. However they were supposed to have classes at a whole different place. When I called I got called hostle, and aggressive and that I was wrong since I supposedly didn't read something correctly. Danielle talked over both me and my wife while trying to get things corrected. We just wanted a refund which we were originally told wouldn't happen. I explained that no new addresses or no refund was even on their page. Danielle kept saying we missed something. I even sent photo verification of what I have received. She then kept saying we got the wrong information. After a lot of back and forth and her talking down to us and explaining things to us like we are 3 years old, we were severely annoyed and frustrated but kept is professional. We asked for the owner to contact us and she said she would tell them since she can't give out any information. No called from owner Boris G. As of yet. She was supposed to text us information since she agreed on the refund yet we still haven't heard anything yet. Also at both locations there were not indicators of where to go for the range This is the worst we have been treated and will not be going back.

Professional and reasonably priced. The guy was nice and answered all my novice questions. There were nice machines for controlling the distance of the targets, lots of variations of targets to choose from, and labels on for how to operate the machine. Very smooth experience especially given how I've only shot 5 or 6 times in my life. Felt safe there and the guy was set on ensuring people were handling the firearms securely. Only thing I can think of to improve is maybe illuminate the sign so you can see it at night. Other that that, great experience and will go again.
