Used to be a good place to go. But now they have raised shooting prices to $30 and only take cash. So wasn't gonna pay $33 with atm fees for 1hr of shooting. Better range ls south at Manatee open air up to 500 yards, golf carts and cheaper.

This shooting range is very old and dated. You are outdoors. No on-site security. No cameras that work. Was told cameras work for only 3 hours every day.
RO's think they own the place. If you are young (younger than 40) you will feel out of place due to the amount of older people shooting. I did not feel safe leaving my weapons putting up my target, let alone using the bathroom, which is a separate building next to the range.
Several folks shooting that doesn't use proper form or decorum while shooting. Most folks are in a scurry to take your brass and If you are an attractive woman, these older than 40 men will gawk at you and make you feel uncomfortable.

Staff is super nice and helpful .very well run and they don't tolerate stupid shooters which is great for a people friendly experience. Relaxed place to go shooting and have a good time . P.s.( wish I knew her name )shoot out to the range officer girl that saw me trying to sight in my new rifle and went and got a range scope to help with dialing it in . Telling me where my groupings were going
Best gun range in Tampa Bay. Great RSOs, great options for lanes, shotgun range, and never crowded.
This place is heaven on earth! I'm a rookie in the practice of my second amendment rights and these people were the best in making me feel welcomed and very respectful. They allowed me to ask a million questions and actually thanked me for asking everything. Prices were very cheap and the range itself was professional, safe and a fun environment. This was my first time ever going to a range and I'm glad this is where I ended up. It has set the hook on me to begin my firearms career and I highly recommend this place if you are nervous about going somewhere. This place and staff is perfect and I can't wait to go again!
