Amazing experience overall, came in as a beginner and they helped me through the process of using the range and registering. My 300 blackout jammed because it was pretty dirty internally, I went to the front desk and they showed me how to disassemble my gun to properly clean it and recommended a few products for me. Definitely a customer for life
The only reason why I even came to this range was to use their 100 yards lane which was broken. Ended up using their 25 yards since I already drove all the way here. They’re the type of range to charge you per hour. As I’m shooting my milled receiver AK with my sling on I activate the safety and let it hang while facing down range as my arm was getting tired. Mr Goofy Agent Smith wanna be SWAT so badly tells me that I can’t have it hanging and I need to point it down range. Like ok buddy you definitely saved the day with this one. The staff is just rude and annoying. Definitely won’t be coming here again.

I've been a member of Reload for almost a year. The Range is World class. The people that work at Reload are world class also! The staff is courteous, informative and very helpful. They've help me by observing my shooting sessions and pointing out ways to improve. This helping is priceless!
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Reload Gun Range has been so negative that I feel compelled to share it. This was my first time purchasing a firearm, and instead of it being an exciting and memorable milestone, the entire process was overshadowed by how condescending and rude the staff were to me. From the moment I started asking basic questions about the purchase, I was met with short, dismissive, and almost mocking responses. I expected patience and professionalism, especially since buying your first gun can be an intimidating process — but I was treated as if I was bothering them for asking questions. Their tone and attitude made me feel completely unwelcome, as if I didn’t belong there. Unfortunately, the bad experience didn’t end there. I later came back to shoot the very firearm I had purchased from ReLoad, hoping to give them another chance. My friend came with me — it was his first time ever at this range. Not once did anyone take the time to go over the range rules or safety protocols with him upon arrival. Thankfully, I had explained everything to him beforehand. Despite that, one of the security guards working the lanes was extremely rude and impatient toward us. When my friend made a small mistake (again, after not being properly briefed by staff), the guard raised his voice and acted irritated instead of calmly correcting him or showing any kind of professionalism. To make matters worse, we had rented an AR and were finishing up our range time. When we were told we had five minutes left, we tried to finish shooting the rest of our 5.56 ammo. As our time expired, we politely asked the range officer if we could unload our final magazine, and his response was unnecessarily hostile. He snapped, saying, “I can’t give you free time because we’re busy,” even though four lanes were open and there was no one waiting to come in. The tone and attitude were completely uncalled for. Overall, this range has a serious customer service and professionalism problem. Between the rude behavior during my firearm purchase and the disrespectful treatment during my range visit, I can confidently say that I will never return here again. There are plenty of other ranges in the area that treat their customers with respect and make safety a priority without the condescending attitude. If you’re new to firearms or simply looking for a range that values its customers — I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
