Booking & Cancellation
For most classes, a full refund requires cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the start time, and rescheduling requires 24 hours notice. For the USCCA Beginner's course, a 72-hour notice is needed for rescheduling without penalty, with subsequent reschedules incurring a $10 fee. Refunds for the USCCA course are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No-shows for any class are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Emergency cancellations with less notice are subject to management approval.

Had such a great first time shooting a gun there. The whole team Keven, Chris and Kyle are real jokers and were super good at explaining everything. Gun rental was vast, super reasonably priced and so was the ammo! There is no time limit which is great for a newbie like me to just take my time. They also have a big arsenal of guns for sale. If I was a local, I would be there every weekend!
I haven't been here for almost a decade since I moved after graduation. Even under new ownership, they kept the same customer service, ladies special on Wednesdays+Thursdays, and are very knowledgable with decent sense of humor. They seem happy to work there and happy non toxic work environments equate to happy customers. With that in mind, I felt comfortable there with the guys on staff. Definitely reminded me of my military family. Also note that I am not your traditional lady by any means in terms of my clothing choice, so it means a lot to me when he stated "I'm not trying to assume your gender but it is ladies day today where you can shoot free". Lol that's some damn good self awareness and perception but yes I am a lady just a tomboi. I shot with the GSG, 5" barrel (pictured) with 100 rounds.
AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! My friend wanted to SHOOT UP her bad luck wedding dress to celebrate her DIVORCE and Kyle walked her thru it, step by step, he was patient, kind, compassionate, & quite knowledgeable. She shot it up and it was an incredible stress relief!!!!
