The room was set up great and the live actor (zombie) was a nice addition. Renee was our game master. She was great. Definitely will be back to play The Basement!!!

Intense Escape's cancellation policy states that all tickets are non-refundable. However, customers can reschedule their adventure without penalty if they provide at least 24 hours' notice. In the event of an operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a full refund or credit. Please note that no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or the option to reschedule their booking.

Super fun, really scary, you WILL get scared, definitely recommend! (Already booked another room a week from now lol) Staff is so helpful, really friendly and nice, the rooms are well decorated, realistic. We have done many escape rooms and so far this one is our favorite. We love the adrenaline and rush these made us feel!
We did the basement for our first time,and it was amazing. The staff was so nice and well coming, they made sure we had the best experience. Kenzie was the best, she helped us get through as many as we could and made sure we were on the right track. She was incredible. The escape room was well designed and had some of the best riddles and games I’ve played. The actor was so good I almost peed myself. 100% worth the money.
My partner and I had a great time! We did the Die-ner room non scary version and it was still loads of fun even without the scary aspect. Very creative room, we’ll definitely be back to try the other rooms with the scary aspect too. I didn’t catch his name, but the guy who led our room was extremely helpful and created a friendly environment that made the experience even better. He said his mom created the rooms herself which is extremely cool!
