I had a really great time overall! I’ve done a lot of escape rooms, so I went straight for their hardest room—Sixth Wave—and it definitely delivered on the challenge. The puzzles were tough, unique, and really made us think, which I loved.
That said, a few things could’ve been better. Some of the props felt old and rickety, which got frustrating at times and made certain parts harder than they needed to be. But the biggest letdown was that they didn’t let us finish the room. This is the only escape room I’ve been to that doesn’t allow you to at least finish or see the ending especially when you’re really close. The game master told us we were almost out, which made it even more disappointing.
Given that the difficulty level is a 10/10, I really think they should either give more time or allow players to finish it out. Being cut off like that after putting in so much effort left us feeling pretty deflated.
That said, it was still a fun and challenging experience overall. I’d recommend it to seasoned escape room fans, but I hope they improve the end of game experience and adjust the time limit to match the difficulty. A little flexibility would make a big difference!

Escape Thrill has a strict no-refund policy for all bookings and no-shows. However, customers are permitted to reschedule their appointments to another available session, provided that the change is made at least 24 hours prior to the original booking time. Failure to provide 24 hours notice for rescheduling will result in the inability to change the appointment.

5 Stars for Star! She was a great host! We did the "Diamond Heist"... a fun puzzle-filled vault caper with mission impossible vibes with lasers you have to navigate through like Catherine Zeta-Jones. This adventure is probably best enjoyed with a group of 5-6 but we did great with a group of 4 - finishing with almost 14 mins to spare without using any clues! Looking forward to trying out their other rooms. Sounded like people were having a plast!
Starr and the room were amazing! I had the honor of being allowed to use the room to propose to my now fiance! Starr let me hide the rings ahead of time, helped me convince my fiance that we had a different room planned when we instead "switched"to Diamond Heist where I had the rings hidden. Starr even offered to play our song on the speakers when our special moment came resulting in an unforgettable experience. (She said yes) The room itself was a lot of fun too with a few elements that were unique and exciting! We all had a fantastic time, but Starr really came in clutch for the wonderful proposal.
We went for the gem mining and ended up staying to do an escape room. Starr was very friendly and helpful. She explained about the mining and about the different skill levels and themes of the escape rooms. She was informative without being pushy or hard selling. We had a great time doing the riddles around the office. The gem mining was really cool, and the room was decorated to feel very immersive. As for the escape room experience, we picked the middle skill level one, and it was challenging but not impossible to complete - we finished with 4 seconds to spare 😀 I definitely need to go back and try the other rooms.
