This was my first time doing an escape room in Florida as I've done many out of state before, but I was disappointed with the customer service and attitude from some of the employees that assisted us with our escape room. The rooms were not too impressive either in which contained some items that were broken/ damaged that were a little distracting during my experience. The combination of these two things left a sour taste in my mouth as I am an escape room enthusiast and had the worst experience throughout my career at this establishment.

When & Where
Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a customer credit; refunds are not processed unless due to a mistake by the venue. If you are late, time will be deducted from your experience, and being over 30 minutes late may result in cancellation without credit. Rescheduling requires more than 1-hour notice, otherwise a $15 rebooking fee applies. No refunds for excessive force or damage caused.

We had a great time doing the Stuck in the 80’s room! The clues were fun to solve. We picked this room because I thought the movie theater one would be too hard for the kids, but we solved it in less than 45min. If you’ve done an escape room before did definitely recommend doing one of their more difficult rooms! Staff was great, the place was clean and the game was fun! I definitely recommend!
These escape rooms were a blast! The puzzles were fun, innovative and perfectly challenging for our group. The themes were creative plus the Game Master was super friendly. We had a great time working together to escape all four rooms and recommend these rooms.
It was a very enjoyable experience for my family. The young lady was very informative and explained the instructions to us extremely well. The facility was clean and inviting. My entire attending family really had a great time and we look forward to returning for a more challenging experience 😊 #checkmate
