My daughter and I took multiple ski lessons with Tony and it was a wonderful experience. He helped us both overcome some negative past experiences on the slopes and gave us a newfound joy and fun in skiing. It was a special memory and he truly couldn’t have been more knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I also got an awesome pair of ski boots which Tony spent a lot of time helping me to find the perfect pair. My understanding and confidence in skiing has increased so much because of this experience. What a fabulous business! Everything about Bill Jacksons is five stars! This place is huge and nestled in a beautiful picturesque woodsy setting. I could imagine camping in the parking lot, lol. They are very well stocked in every outdoor activity you can imagine. Tony was very informative & helped me find the perfect pair of snow boots. They have a great selection and many are half price. Terry was a great teacher who patiently taught me a ski lesson on their moving carpeted ski slope. I signed up for 2 more lessons. Tiffany the manager was very friendly, & more than accommodating at my need for a quick change to the pre-booked appointment. It feels like everyone is family and I can't wait to go back. ❄️ 💙
Amazing shop all over. Came in with a snowboard to get fitted for boots and bindings, turns out the board didn’t fit me. Bow helped me find a great pair of K2 boots and a beautiful K2 board with bindings for an AMAZING deal, and overall was just very helpful. Everyone else is super friendly and always gives a great experience.
Just WoW!!! What a store and a great bunch of employees! Brent sold me a kayak that I had already decided on brand wise. He set it up for me that day and installed my backkick wheel system for hauling. I shopped around and they gave me a better price than the other stores. It was a hike further but well worth it. I had a couple issues with small things and they bent over backwards to make things right! Everyone here is very nice and attentive. Brent and Jeff went out of their way for me, and I’m sure they handle every customer that way! Great multi sport adventure store! Camping Fishing Hunting Guns! Hiking Skiing Diving! You name it, they carry it! I can’t recommend this place highly enough. 👏👏👏👏👏5 claps!
