Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations or changes made more than 48 hours in advance can be done via your confirmation email. Changes are free, but cancellations incur a $25 fee. For cancellations or changes within 48 hours of your reservation, or in the case of a no-show, the room deposit will be forfeited. No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 2 days prior to the booking or for no-shows. Two free booking time/date changes are permitted if made more than 2 days in advance.

Absolutely loved it! The escape room that we did (The lift, lime hotel) was super well-designed — every detail felt thought-out, and the puzzles were just the right mix of challenging and fun. The atmosphere pulled us in from the start, and we were fully immersed the whole time. Loved how everything made sense and flowed naturally. It really felt like a full-on adventure, not just solving random locks. The ending was clever and satisfying too! Definitely recommend this place if you’re into quality puzzles and a cool, engaging vibe. Can’t wait to come back and try another one!
Absolutely loved every second of this experience. All the staff were really friendly and our game master Hannah was lush. She explained it really well and even chatted with us at the end which was also nice. We did the Supercell 117 and it was really cool! All of the set and props really added to the experience. The people I went with I haven’t know for very long so it was a great way to break the ice as well. Thanks to everyone at the Paniq room for our very entertaining evening. It is an experience that can be added to the books when I look back on my time in Australia.
Room: Jumanji This was a birthday gift for my fiancée, and she absolutely loved it! This was our very first escape room experience, and we couldn’t have chosen a better one! We did the Jumanji room at Paniq Room, and while we thought it would be easy… it turned out to be much more challenging than we expected – in the best possible way! The room is super immersive, full of creative puzzles and surprises that really test your logic, attention to detail, and teamwork. It’s the perfect activity for anyone who loves solving mysteries and trying something fun and different. We went as a couple and had an amazing time. We left already thinking about coming back – especially after the staff mentioned they have many other rooms with different themes. We’re definitely planning to return and take on more challenges! The Paniq Room team was fantastic – very welcoming, kind, and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended! Can’t wait for the next one! 🔍
