Breakout Escape Rooms has a strict no-refund policy. If a player does not show up for a booked session, no refund will be issued. Additionally, if your group is more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled booking, the game will be canceled, and any deposit paid will not be refunded. Once a game has commenced, any decision to quit the game will also result in no refund.

Today we had an amazing experience at Breakout Escape Room. The staff were welcoming, helpful and very professional. The room was well-designed, challenging and a lot of fun for our whole group. We really appreciated the clear instructions and friendly guidance from the team. Thank you for making our visit enjoyable — we will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Breakout Escape Room to others!
My son and I did the Casino Heist Room and it was absolutely amazing! Olivia and Mariam were awesome hosts. They were so welcoming and friendly!! Highly recommend this. We will definitely we coming back to try Helter Skelter next.
The lady on was very nice, I felt bad for her as she had to run multiple rooms by herself. If you want a fun escape room though, stay away from this place. Most boring thing I have ever done in my life. Nothing interactive, no creativity, no proper challenges that make sense like other escape rooms. We did Helter Skelter and there was nothing scary about this so called scary themed escape room. No simple jump scares, sounds or effects. Nothing…..There is literally nothing to look forward to and once you escape you don’t even feel like you won. You just feel like you wasted $50 and wish you never did it. All it felt like was an hour of being told how to open locks. Super boring and would not recommend to anyone I know. Please update the rooms and make them more fun like every other escape room in Sydney or drop the price to $10. Only positive was the one worker on, she was great and should have not been running multiple rooms alone. Another thing not having a timer in the room is literally the worst thing, you can’t keep track of how long you’ve spent on these boring puzzles. The puzzles are all over the place and make no sense, literally just thrown together and called an escape room. Must of been made by ai but I think that would have been more creative. WORST ESCAPE ROOM I HAVE EVER DONE… DON’T WASTER YOUR MONEY
