How does the VR equipment rental process function?

With the rental package, we provide all the necessary VR equipment. You can pick it up the day before your event from our San Diego location and return it yourself, or arrange for an Uber pickup/drop-off. We also provide a short video guide for setup.

Is a deposit required for equipment rentals?

We don't require a deposit, but we will ask for a selfie with your ID to confirm equipment pickup.

Is virtual reality easy to use for beginners?

Virtual reality is quite intuitive. You'll use hand controllers to interact with the experience. For booked events, our gaming coach provides a quick tutorial before each participant starts.

What is the maximum number of participants and concurrent players?

We can accommodate up to 30 participants in a 2-hour window. On average, a standard venue supports 2 to 5 stations simultaneously. More stations can be arranged if space allows, and rates apply.

What hygiene measures are in place for the VR headsets?

We use sanitation wipes to clean each headset and controller between uses to ensure a clean experience. We also use microfiber lens wipes to protect the lenses.

Our VR Partyz package includes Oculus Quest headsets, motion controllers, a selection of VR games, VR pads/mats, Chromecasts, and on-site staff to assist participants throughout the event.

We ensure games are appropriate for the age and skill level of participants. For kids aged 6-12, we provide beginner-level games with quick learning curves and no inappropriate content. We're happy to discuss specific needs.
