Booking & Cancellation

Initial ticket was canceled by the company but I was able to reschedule. Took my daughter yesterday and she loved it. My daughter especially loved the close interactions, info boards, Dinos alive drawing, ocean room, and the paleontologist digging activities. No long lines and friendly staff. I think it was better than the dinosaur exhibit that's normally in Del Mar.
The Dinos Alive exhibit was really small! There were 3 main rooms with dinosaurs and that was it. Not much to do really...some of the dinos were also in wrong size proportions. The T- rex was tiny and the dilophosaurus was gigantic. There was a small ride at the end of the tour for an additonal $5, that lasted a minute or so. Oh well, one and done.
I originally bought tickets, but due to an unexpected issue with the pipes, my visit had to be rescheduled. I finally came on their opening day, and it ended up being one of the best experiences ever. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they truly redeemed themselves with how smoothly everything went. My family and I even got to take home a cute picture together, which made the visit even more special. I would absolutely do it all over again totally worth the wait!😁
