Birthday treat for my son who turned 30. Group of 12 people. Age range was 10 to 67. And we ALL had a blast! The owner did a great job watching to make sure the equipment was working properly during each game. And he stepped in to change up the settings adding to the variety and challenge. Even spectating was super fun. Plenty of options were presented to add levels of health/safety to the gear for anyone who was concerned. Ability to bring our own beverages was appreciated. We all agreed that we will come back!

The experience is amazing. The virtual reality painting makes you feel like you can paint in the 3rd dimension. You are able to draw the shapes in front of you, then paint behind the original drawing and follow with the paint in front of the original drawing. You can make the stars fly around you while entire time you are being inside your drawing. It's fun experience for the kids but it is fun for the adults as well. Definitely, something that everyone can enjoy. To make the experience even better, the place is located just few minutes from the beach.

So lucky to have experienced the most mind blowing fun I could imagine! Truly felt like Wade Watts in Ready Player One. All my friends can't stop talking about how cool this place is. Can't wait to go back! Great location near the beach. Clean environment so my germophobia wasn't triggered. Nicest staff I could ever expect. Can't wait to have my birthday here!!!
The Grid had got to be on the top of the list for things to do in Oceanside. Our while family played here earlier in the week on our vacation and we couldn't wait to return... we even skipped the beach so our boys could go back! As far as being a VR Arcade this place is phenomenal! Between the realistic games and black light atmosphere we had a blast! Our boys are 6, 9, and 11 and they could not get enough! They did laser tag and loved the original game by the Grid Hypertag, they begged to go back and play it! I did a very realistic boxing game and flew around a city after jumping off a 50 story window. It was so realistic i almost lost my balance!!! The Grid is the go to attraction in Oceanside, CA. This was by far the best thing to do in Oceanside and we could not be happier with our experience! There were tons of games and plenty to do for the whole family!
