Booking & Cancellation
Cancellations and rescheduling for escape room games must be made at least 6 hours prior to your reserved time via the link in your booking confirmation email. No refunds or changes are permitted for cancellations within 6 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals, including those due to traffic or weather. For Party Room reservations, a 24-hour email notification to [email protected] is required for a refund, which will incur a $10 fee. Cancellations within 24 hours for the Party Room are non-refundable.

Just had an amazing time at Great Room Escape San Diego! 🔐🎉 From the moment we walked in, the vibe was fun and welcoming. The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience smooth and exciting. The room we did was creative, well-designed, and had just the right mix of challenge and teamwork. Every puzzle kept us thinking, laughing, and working together as a group. If you’re looking for a fun way to bond with family or friends, this is definitely the spot. We left with big smiles and even bigger memories. Highly recommend!
We had so much fun here. The staff is so friendly and makes the experience exciting. Definitely going back for the other rooms. We did the Art Heist. Very creative. Loved it
Was pretty fun. We managed to get out within 2 minutes of the full 60 minute long challenge. It's absolutely worth the 35 bucks for it. All of its fun critical thinking needed to beat the clock!
