Very disappointing. We have done many escape rooms. The production value seemed decent, but several puzzles did not work properly. Multiple times the game master had to come into the room after giving hints for puzzles we had already completed. Locks didn’t unlock when they should have. Magnets didn’t release when they should have. Images didn’t appear on screens when they should have. The suspended disbelief that makes these immersive games so much fun was completely destroyed. The puzzle ended with a very disappointing culmination at the end when we seemed to finally be close, and as soon as the 60 minutes were up, the puzzle master came in and said, “Well, your time is up!”. No time was added to the original 60 minutes despite having the multiple dysfunctional puzzles. One of the mechanisms was unable to be opened by the puzzle master after attempting for several minutes, and they finally just said we can pretend like we got it open. Even with that amount of time wasted, they still felt the need to end the puzzle right at the 60 minute mark. I get it that things don’t work sometimes. Things break. Stuff happens. The whole point was to have a good time. Big fail. Will not be returning.

It just doesn't feel right for that location, feels like you're at work. Located in business offices area. Fairly good otherwise.

We did Deja vu (normal mode) with a group of 4 and had a great time! We’ve done a handful of escape rooms before and this was a nice level of accessible while still being challenging enough to be interesting. Definitely recommend. Our game master Tyler did a great job of tailoring the experience to our group.

Hi, unfortunately my experience with my group was a letdown due to us not being able to finish the room based on certain puzzles not working as intended and causing us to waste time even though we were doing everything right. My group was left frustrated that we could have done well but didn't even know it wasn't our fault since some of the puzzles just didn't do what they were supposed to when they were supposed to. This was for the Arcade room and we thought it was a well designed room overall but the experience just left us frustrated since we had time taken away and would not be given extra time even though it was the fault of the puzzles and the room for failing to do what they were supposed to do.

So fun! Had a group of nine. Never done an escape room before. Anthony was our game master. Took us a bit to get it figured out to start, but once we figured out how to look for clues - we had so much fun! Thanks so much!
