I have been here twice and both times were a huge success and lots of fun! The works are kind, I especially appreciate Roberts customer service, he is great! The prize station is so much more quality than other places, you get a good bang for your buck!
I came to cyber quest on me and my girlfriend‘s third anniversary and had a terrible time my girlfriend had been there before and she told me she kept winning on this one machine and we went inside to take a look at the machine and it was shut down, which was fine. At first we spent the money to buy a card. We played the claw machine once or twice and as someone who owns their own claw machine and has been playing claw machines almost 2 to 3 times weekly since I was 13 those claw machines were 100% rigged, which was whatever I didn’t really care but the one thing I knew I was really good at. I know how to get jackpots because my timing is perfect on this game. It’s that mega ball drop I used to play at Peter Piper pizza and win jackpots continuously and I scan the card a few times and on my last try before I moved onto something else I won the jackpot. It should’ve been 13,000 credits. which reminds you the tablet that they give out if you win a high enough prize was 15,000 so it wasn’t a small amount of money that I had just won, but for some reason the second I want it the whole machine stopped. I have proof of the wind as well when I went up to the counter to ask if I got the credits from the win, I was met with a rude lady. I mean she was fine at first but when I told her I won, she said the machine is broken now I’m gonna go shut it off. You didn’t win anything so I just stood and stared at her like ? I know it usually stand up for myself for those things, but I asked her two minutes later. I won though so this isn’t something cheap to win. She told me she’d credit me back all my credits onto the card and I asked for clarification eight times your crediting back everything right all of it the entire amount that I paid when I walked in the store and she said yeah six dollars which wasn’t true. She only credited me back for playing that game. I don’t wanna be selfish, but I won that game. I’m not gonna have the time I spent on that game and the money just credited right back when I won basically a Samsung tablet that’s just crazy to me and I started to go off. I was really upset like this was our anniversary. This was gonna be a gift for Her and as I played the games I just decided you know what I don’t even want this. There’s nothing in here that’s not rigged. The fact that the game that was paying out before is now shut down and both the ball drop games were shut down after I played one of them and won Was really suspicious to me I went back and I told her you know what I just don’t want it anymore. Just please credit me the entire amount and she huffed and puffed and made it an issue when it shouldn’t have been while. I stood there awkwardly when she handed me the cash back I realized she only gave me the money back without taxes to try to pull a fast one because she was upset at me. I genuinely got really mad but still being socially anxious. I just said you forgot the taxes and she huffed again and paid. The rest of it out will not be returning. I hope nobody has the misfortune of ending up in this place without knowing what it’s really like.

We had the most incredible experience at Kids Quest at AZ Boardwalk, and we owe it all to the outstanding manager, Matt. From the moment we walked in, he went above and beyond to make sure our 6-year-old son felt welcome, comfortable, and excited to play. Matt took the time to personally greet us, answer our questions, and even showed our son around to help him feel at ease—it’s clear he genuinely cares about creating a fun and positive environment for every child who walks through the door. He checked in throughout our visit, making sure everything was going smoothly and that our son was having a great time. That kind of personal attention is so rare and deeply appreciated. The facility itself is bright, clean, safe, and packed with fun activities — we left with a very happy kid and a very grateful heart. We’ll absolutely be back and will be recommending this location to all our friends and family. Thank you, Matt, for making our day so special!
Our family had an excellent time! The arcade was clean, had a nice variety of games at reasonable prices, and Matt the manager was so helpful, engaging, and fun. When our son was a few tickets short of his desired prize Matt challenged him to a face off at the game of his choosing, and rewarded him with the prize when he won. This was above and beyond our expectations!
Oooh this place is so amazing! Definitely worth the price and trip. The game card is free and you load it up with your desired amount. There is an option to pick a preselected amount or if you’re on a smaller budget you can add the amount you’re comfortable with. We are a family of six and spent a total of $32. I wasn’t sure it would last as long as it did but my kids not only played the games they wanted but walked away with some really cool prizes. Again, if you’re on a budget it’s really worth the price! So many games to choose from, a really nice selection of prizes and the customer service was top notch! Speaking on customer service. We actually went to Arizona Boardwalk for The Butterfly Festival but the lines for all the activities were LONG and none of us wanted to wait LOL 🤷🏾♀️ So the place was already busy as it is, there were families everywhere and CyberQuest was no different. There was only one man working Nathan and he was on his A GAME!! He remained calm yet had such a fun spirit about him. He made sure he was attentive to all the families and people that were there. He was going back and forth between my family and two others at the prize counter and made it look like a breeze on top of helping customers at the register with food items. Nathan was dancing and singing his way thru a busy time LOL He did not seem overwhelmed and really seemed to enjoy what he was doing. That made the experience really cool. I didn’t see any other employees but he was amazing and should be the standard! ❤️🎉 Thanks for having us. We will continue to come and enjoy the arcade 🤗🎮
