Our experience at Octane Raceway was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The facility is high-energy, clean, and loaded with fun, but what truly made our event unforgettable was our designated event host, Sophie.
Sophie was phenomenal. She greeted us with the friendliest attitude, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed throughout the entire event. Her professionalism and upbeat personality elevated the whole experience. It genuinely felt like she went above and beyond to make our group feel welcomed and taken care of.
Matt, the general manager, even came over personally to make sure everything was running smoothly, which made us feel truly valued and taken care of.

It was a lot of fun. Their check in process is super quirky. We reserved online which I'm glad we could do because other places don't do reservations.
But you have to sign in on a tablet when you get there. Then get in another line to visit the people at the desk to get tickets which are really receipts. Why? I don't know. Because we didn't have to show them to the people at the track.
The track was efficiently ran and kept moving that was a good system.. I think the quirkiness was just the online sign in process.

Awesome experience extremely nice and helpful staff. Nate in particular helped us over the phone and then checking us in and figuring out our ride schedule. It was awesome. Great entertainment for a seven-year-old boy!
I surprised my boyfriend with a racing gift. He was thrilled, and we both had an absolute blast! The customer service was excellent! Sophia and Ed were especially kind and went above and beyond. The entire process is easy. Everything is really reasonably priced, the experiences are fun, and Octane offers a variety of choices inside of a comfortable and down-home kind of venue. We'll be back!
Really fun experience for the price!! The track is well designed and the karts have both adult and junior speeds for the whole family! Very friendly workers and an arcade for the wait time. Highly recommended
