BRUTAL EXPERIENCE. Good news is they have tons of things you pay for that you think you’d get to do; like laser tag, bowling, video games, and a buffet, but the bads news is OVER half the games are out and no one cares to fix it, laser tag was down, bowling as a 2 1/2 hour wait, and the ice cream machine was down. Just brutal.
The card arcade/games prices are too much. You have to pay extra for certain games to keep your points. But overall the buffet was good and my family and I had fun.

We visited Jake’s Unlimited for the first time last week and we had such a great time that we’re already planning to go back. Our kids had a blast with the rides, arcade games, and bowling, and we stayed for about five hours without them ever asking to leave. The food was pretty good for a buffet-style setup, and the whole place had fun themed seating areas, making it a great spot for families with younger kids to hang out and enjoy themselves.
We came here Saturday for my grandson birthday. While checking out all the power went out in the building. Many of the games not working, many of the rides unavailable, the screen to see the laser tag was down even an hour after the power outage. Many areas not operated by a staff so was told they would not be available. So that very few games to play. For the Max package and the price we paid we were very limited at Jake's UNLIMITED and with this being my grandsons first time here. It was quite embarrassing for me and my family.
Don’t waste you money. For a single mom to take her 3 kids out paid over 100… I am very irritated. They had workers just standing around looking at you while they had half the rides closed. Tried to get the kids the candy tacos at 7 and they closed it down already. I have photos of everything.tried to use my 2 bowling that came with the pass was waiting for over 45 mins. Most of the staff was so rude… definitely won’t be back here again.
