My husband and i have done a lot of eacape rooms just us two or with friends or family.... This one is the absolute best one we've done. We did The Bird room and game master Sam was such great help to keep us on track. The design of the rooms and storytelling and type of puzzles were really detailed and flowed beautifully. It's unlike the usual escape rooms that just take you from number lock to number lock. I see why this place still has five stars after so many reviews. I can't wait to go back and try the other rooms!!
Best Escape Room ever!! We did Montauk and Ghost Light and both were super amazing. The attention to detail is superb. It feels super real. The puzzles are cool too, you truly have to think outside the box! I can recommend this to anyone who loves escape rooms! You will have a blast. Greetings from Switzerland to the Swiss owner :) ;)

We've gone as a group of 4 two years in a row for birthday intrigues and loved MyssTic! Everything about the experience has been so fun. I really enjoy the independent and theatrical nature of the designs. They are well thought out and executed. The puzzles are fun and the space is very immersive. Shout out to Julie/Julia (?) our host and games master - totally hilarious and entertained all our shenanigans - love it here, can't wait for new puzzles to explore!
We had a fantastic time playing Ghost Light at MyssTic Rooms! We had a party of 5, which was great for the room. Gara was a stellar game master, and she and Moritz made us feel very welcome and at ease. This was a great room for those who love the theater or those who love sensory experiences! One of the best planned and executed rooms we’ve played in quite some time. We’ll be coming back to try the others!
The Ghost Light room was AMAZING!!! We were blown away by the atmosphere, and the puzzles were super fun. Easily my favorite escape room in NYC and I’ve done a lot of them over here! Gara was our GM and she was amazing!! :) I can’t wait to play the rest of the rooms here!
