We celebrated my son’s 10th birthday party at Escapology in Levittown, and overall the kids had a great time. The facility itself is very clean and has a fun atmosphere. The lobby has puzzles and activities set out, which kept the kids entertained while waiting. The escape room itself was creative, detailed, and really well put together—the puzzles were engaging and age-appropriate, and the kids were genuinely excited working through each challenge.
Our game master, Nina, was absolutely wonderful—super attentive, patient, and fantastic with the kids from start to finish. She made sure everything ran smoothly and really contributed to the fun atmosphere.
However, our experience was affected by another staff member who was unnecessarily rude. At one point, he walked into our private game to scold the boys for “banging,” even though they weren’t banging on anything—they were simply doing exactly what the escape room required. Some puzzles involved hanging items on the wall or moving pieces around, which naturally makes some noise. These were normal, expected sounds for a group of 10-year-olds participating in a hands-on activity.
Later, the same staff member came into our private room claiming chess pieces were missing from the lobby and told the children to check their pockets and return them. Speaking to kids in that tone and accusing them directly during a birthday party felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional. If he had a concern, he could have spoken to our game master - who was clearly more professional—or addressed me or my husband directly. There was absolutely no reason to confront the kids.
He was completely out of line to behave the way he did. If the facility is concerned about small items going missing, they shouldn’t leave toys, puzzles, or game pieces out in a public lobby where groups of excited children are constantly passing through.
I would have given 5 stars for Nina, the facility and for the escape room itself, but the issue with this rude staff member wasn’t minor and it directly impacted the kids and the overall experience.
It’s disappointing because our host was truly excellent, and the kids really did enjoy themselves. I hope management addresses the behavior of this particular staff member so future parties can have the same great experience without the unnecessary negativity.

I had such an amazing time at Escapology! The whole experience was incredibly fun from start to finish. The staff were super welcoming, the room design was impressive, and the puzzles struck the perfect balance of challenging and exciting. Everything felt polished and immersive. I don't usually write reviews, but this place truly deserves one. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great escape room experience- especially if Makayla is your Game Master!

Choose this escape room for high production value & excellent service! We picked Murder Mansion, a classic themed room that had several creative elements we've never seen before. Our game master Donovan made sure we had a great time -- we finished with literally seconds to spare! Will definitely come back to try the other rooms.
Alecia was absolutely amazing! Such a warm and inviting personality who made the experience so much more enjoyable! There was a very fast response time with the hints, we didn’t need to wait more than 10 seconds for it. We did The temple room and escaped with about 12 minutes to spare, we have done one room together prior and several rooms separately, it was so cool! The technology used made the experience feel so alive. The room was clean. Once again, Alecia was an absolute joy! Will be coming back, 10 out of 10 will do it again!
My boyfriend, his family, and I decided to try an escape room yesterday and had a blast! Escapology offers a clean and challenging environment to really get you thinking! We chose the Antidote room and were able to save the day with time to spare and minimal assistance. However, our Game Master did an excellent job of helping us when we needed and giving us space to figure out things on our own as well. She congratulated us when we exited, which felt great because I thought we were not going to solve the room in time! There's parking in the back and on some residential side streets, and you can sign waivers online beforehand to save time. I highly recommend this place for all your future escape rooms. We cannot wait to come back and try more!! Thank you for having us Escapology!
