I’m a very dissatisfied customer. I’ve come here plenty of times, and the hours listed on Google and even on the store itself are never accurate. We drove over an hour to get here because it said the store was open until 12 a.m., yet when we arrived at 8:30 p.m., they were already closed. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Please update your hours so customers don’t waste their time and gas. This has happened more than once, and it needs to be fixed. Two other times but never this early usually around 10 we have found them closed.
We really love this escape room, which is why it was so disappointing that my friends and I ended up coming for no reason. The staff is always great and the rooms are amazing, so we were genuinely sad to find it closed when the posted hours said otherwise. We were even able to book a room online, which made no sense since the place was already closedgood thing we walked over before completing the booking. Overall, it was just a letdown, especially since we enjoy coming here so much.

We had an amazing time doing The Heist escape room! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, exciting, and so much fun. Key Key was an incredible guide — patient, energetic, and truly invested in making sure we had the best experience possible. She gave just the right amount of guidance without spoiling anything and kept us laughing the whole time.
If you’re thinking about booking, do it — and definitely ask for Key Key. She made the adventure unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Kelly and Chelsie are absolutely amazing! We are not from NJ and Kelly was so patient and helped us find our way when we got super lost in this unfamiliar city! So grateful for them and their amazing customer service. We played their newest room, Cosmic Crisis and it was so so so good! Thank yall so much for the hospitality and for making our experience a great one 💗
We thoroughly enjoyed it!! Kiera and Kerlen were amazing. My son and nephew were celebrating their birthdays and they were gifted with plush toys and cards signed by the staff which were customized with their favorite sports and players! Now, this is attention to detail! Great teamwork helping us celebrate their 9th and 10th year old birthdays!
This was a birthday gift and first time experience for me. We did the Gold Rush and it was so much fun figuring out the clues and going from one room to the next. The hidden slide through the fireplace was an unexpected surprise. We had an awesome time working together and coming up with the challenging answers to lead us to the gold. My granddaughter was our super sleuth for sure. Our guide Geo was wonderful, friendly and helpful and because it was my birthday she added something special to the event. Got a birthday sign and card signed from the staff wishing me a happy one. So thoughtful. Can't wait to do another escape room ... Great time with family and friends of any age.
