It has taught me so much about the city's rich history, routing me through occult passageways and reliving the nostalgia of golden times past. Imaginative and funny. This new game is composed of dozens of riddles that indicate the locations of hundreds of collectible NFC “eggs” hidden around Manhattan. Hunters must solve the riddles to find where they lead, then chart a route over the course of the game’s runtime to visit, locate, and scan as many eggs as possible to score points.

Cancellations made 14 days or less before the challenge date are non-refundable. Cancellations made between 15 and 60 days prior to the challenge date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made 61 days or more in advance of the challenge date will receive a full refund.

I am a huge fan of GGC! I think a lot of "grownups" are skeptical of running around doing a scavenger hunt but people are quickly converted! I've done two challenges with them now, the first in Central Park and the second around Midtown. I was so impressed with the elaborate nature of the clues and how interactive the games are! The level of detail the team puts into the clues and the experience is fantastic. Everyone I've done it with always has a blast, and it's so fun to feel like a real-life Sherlock Holmes for a few hours. I highly recommend it —this might be my new yearly thing!
This is *such* an awesome event; doing a city-wide scavenger/puzzle hunt is such a unique thing to do with friends, and the clues and puzzles are wonderfully organized. Such a great way to get to know the city better too! Highly, highly recommend, you will not regret it.
I freaking love GGC!!!! I’ve done it two years in a row and can’t imagine missing it now. The clues are so creative and the way both the environments and the history of New York are incorporated into the puzzles are genius level. I’d recommend having a navigator, a researcher, and two people really good at puzzles, maybe one who is really good at identifying codes / mechanics and one who is good with visual puzzles. But really all you need to have a good time is a positive attitude and a thirst for adventure and knowledge! My group both years had a blast even when we were stumped and needed to take a hint. And getting exercise is a nice bonus 😊
