Unreal Escapes has a strict no-refund policy for all bookings, regardless of personal injury or weather conditions. While refunds are not issued, guests may reschedule their visit by calling at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is not permitted within 48 hours of the scheduled time. No-shows or late arrivals for public bookings will not be refunded or rescheduled. Guests are permitted to substitute another person in their place.

My friends and I had such an amazing experience with Unreal Escapes. We decided on the battleship escape room and the puzzle was fun and immersive. The owner was super friendly and welcoming. We’re excited to go back and try the disco escape room next time!

Both rooms at Unreal Escapes are in great shape, well designed and lots of fun. Battleship is the best room of its kind that I’ve done. Studio54 is a unique and fun theme! The owners are great people. Highly recommend.
