The Heist show was so much fun. My husband and 2 teenagers were all able to contribute to solving the game. We had about 8 minutes to spare . Derek was great and very informative. We highly recommend!!!
Did the cyberpunk room. Didn’t escape as there were many puzzles to do. Would recommend four groups of 4 plus. REN the game master was excellent and made the experience fun. We’ve done many escape rooms and this place is up there. Would go back.

The escape room was super fun; however the customer service was lacking. One of our friends was late as she was being harassed on the train and had to wait with firefighters for safety. While I understand that we were late for the experience and therefore responsible, the host wasn’t accommodating to our friend’s stressful scenario. When she arrived, we needed to pay for her to be added to the booking. I was a bit confused as to why they couldn’t easily add her and charge my card on file as they did the same for my other guests when we arrived. However, this wasn’t communicated well with us. I feel like instead of ensuring we can start the game together as a group after our friend’s stressful scenario, the host prioritized collecting money from our team. Ideally, I would have liked for them to work with us. Understand we were on a time limit and that they can charge the card in parallel with us playing the game. Otherwise, the room was cool, the game was fun and I would do a different room too (if the customer service was more compassionate).
This was my first Escape Room ever and it was SO fun. Just two of us did End of Days (A). It was a great challenge without being impossible. I would absolutely come back and try another room. The gamemaster, Derek, was super kind. Recommend!
My husband and I decided to do an escape room during a long layover in NYC. I picked Mission Escape rooms kind of on a whim, but wow, what a great decision!! The decor was beautifully detailed and the puzzles used a perfect amount of interactive tech. Lots of lights and sounds! I have to say though, the best part of today's trip was definitely the game master, Robyn. She built up excitement at the beginning and gave some very timely hints with just the right amount of help. Thanks to her, we finished the room and had a great time :) Robyn really made this a great experience. Would definitely recommend to those with a few hours to spare in the city!
