Absolutely brilliant experience. From arrival onwards the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Being from the UK we have very limited experience with firearms,(albeit I personally have held a shotgun licence for many years). The staff helped us choose suitable weapons and once we were in the firing range they explained exactly how to load each weapon, how to engage and safely hold the weapon and finally how to shoot the firearms. At all times safety was paramount. We finished our few hours with a single shot each with the fifty calibre rifle….WHAT A AMAZING THING TO DO. It will live long in our memories….DEFINITELY one of the absolute highlights of our trip to New York and New Jersey. Massive thanks to you all,👍👍👍

Booking & Cancellation
For course cancellations, a 100% refund or reschedule is available if you notify us 2 or more days in advance. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior receive a 50% credit for future courses. No-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a $25 fee. Special event cancellations require 7 days' notice for a full refund; later cancellations may receive store credit minus pre-purchased items.

Absolutely love this experience going there ,I was able to take my 8 year old son for his first time firing a firearm and educating him on gun safety. This place is so family friendly I even Seen a newborn with there mom walking around .very professional and organized. My son was treated very like a young man and had plenty of employees giving him tips on better aiming at targets .heading back there ASAP money well spent 👌. Thanks to all the men and women working there .
I have always had a positive experience at Gun For Hire however today the staff exceeded my expectations. Not only was it clean and organized, as always I feel safe once entering the range. Zachary was exceptional. He was informative, helpful, and funny. He made myself and my other two friends feel confident we can shoot as if we were professionals. The goal is to not need an instructor for future practice however should we want one we will specifically ask for Zachary.

They offer a variety of instructional courses, ranging from novice to expert. Overall, the staff is extremely professional and the testing grounds make for a great outing for family and/or corporate team building events.
