How do I book a session or event?

We operate on a pre-booking system, and sessions are only open when we have confirmed bookings. Please call or send us a message with your inquiry. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm availability. Once a time and date are agreed upon, you'll need to purchase your tickets from our online shop within 24 hours, or immediately for next-day bookings.

What are the operating hours?

We typically operate from 10 AM to 9 PM Wednesday to Saturday, and 10 AM to 6 PM on Sundays. As a small, family-run business, we open based on bookings. We may be able to accommodate requests outside these hours, but please check with our booking office for staff availability.

What are the prices for activities?

Axe and Knife Throwing sessions are Â£20.00 per person for 90 minutes, including complimentary tea and coffee. The Smash Room is Â£50.00 for up to two people. Air Rifle Shooting is Â£16.00 per person for a 90-minute session. For over 18s parties and custom packages, please contact our team to discuss pricing.

Are there any age restrictions for participation?

Participants under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult on the throwing range. We host NERF WAR parties specifically for under 18s, and separate packages are available for over 18s. While the Smash Room has specific operating hours, please note that some activities may have implied age suitability due to their nature.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

All bookings are non-refundable. If you do not attend your allocated slot or are late and miss your activity, your ticket or voucher will be forfeited. A minimum Â£50.00 non-returnable booking fee is required for birthday or group events. For small group bookings, the purchase of two tickets serves as a non-refundable deposit. If a ticket is purchased without prior consultation, it will be converted to a voucher for future use, with no refunds issued.

What safety rules should I be aware of?

For your safety, alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises. Participants appearing to be under the influence will be denied entry. Closed-toe shoes are required for all throwing activities. You must never cross the throwing line until axes have come to rest, and never throw until the participant in the adjacent lane has completed their throw. Every participant is responsible for their own safety and the safety of others.

What should I bring or wear?

You must wear suitable closed-toe shoes for all throwing activities. Open-toed shoes or sandals are not permitted. For the Smash Room, you bring the energy! For NERF WAR parties, all equipment, including guns and bullets, is provided.

What is the typical group size or session duration?

Axe and Knife Throwing sessions last 90 minutes. The Smash Room accommodates up to two people at a time. Air Rifle Shooting is suitable for individuals or small groups up to 8, with a maximum of 16 if participants share guns. NERF WAR parties are 2-hour sessions.
