Lovely friendly helpful staff, great fun doing the hunt and a really helpful guide can’t remember her name but I think she may be Australian with doing an American accent for the cowboy experience. Everywhere was clean and drinks at reasonable prices. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
Had such an amazing time doing the Alice in Wonderland escape room! It was honestly so much fun & our game master Faye was so awesome & lovely! She never broke character even when we were struggling & being silly 😂 thank you so much! Was honestly such a great day!

For experience bookings, no refunds are provided upon cancellation as there is no statutory cooling-off period for leisure activities. However, rescheduling may be possible at the discretion of the General Manager if requested more than 24 hours prior to your original booking time, with the new date within 30 days. If less than 24 hours' notice is given for rescheduling, no refund will be issued. Table-only bookings can be refunded unless part of a special event. In severe unforeseen circumstances, a voucher may be issued. To cancel, contact the venue directly or your event organizer.

Faye was incredible! Kept us entertained and supported to make sure we had the most fun possible. We ended up going two days in a row because we enjoyed it so much! Definitely looking to come again
I would like to say thank you for such a fab day. We all enjoyed it and for many of us it was the first "escape" experience. We are excited to explore other rooms! Robin who dealt with us over the phone when booking, and on the day of the session was so helpful to ensure we had all the information for our team member in a wheelchair. He really put us at ease knowing there wouldn't be any issues. It's great to see you provide inclusive experiences, you seem to be the only ones in the area!!! So thank you so much for this, it means a lot. On the day your team member Dia gave us the introduction to the Alice in wonderland session was so lovely and gave us a good giggle. She really did add to the fun and made sure we were comfortable with what to expect. We took part in the Alice in wonderland theme city session, absolutely loved it and had a fab time laughing at how rubbish we were. Highly recommended these guys!
It was a great time at Escape Hunt! It was our first time there, and we really enjoyed ourselves. We took some time to work things out, but we eventually got the hang of it. The staff were very nice and helpful.
