We just recently completed her resilience group that helped us to identify our emotions so that we can figure out what our needs are as it relates those emotions. I learned so much about myself and to be resilient when challenges arise. I totally recommend Smash RX!

A friend and I decided to step out to SMASH on a Friday and boy oh boy, what a fun time we had! Customer service was amazing! I had a 30 minute session and I finished with a bang. I felt relieved. I had no idea how much stuff I had built up. Plate Therapy is a must. Fun, fun, fun!
My husband and I came for a double date and man was it fun. The purpose was to break stuff, let out our frustrations, anything and everything bothering us and it felt good doing so in a safe place. You make a reservation ahead of time as they do not accept walk ins, paying the deposit then and the rest after your time is done. The groupie package which we did was $220 for 30 min. We signed waivers, received protective gear, had weapon and music choice too. We were allowed to take videos and photos in the room as well since they do not take footage. The person that attended us was straight forward, assertive but friendly due to our safety and the rules. I found it ironic though that it was right next to a therapy building. Directions in maps are confusing to get there though as the location is in the back of the lot instead of the main building of business it sent us too.
Yashica is wonderful! Welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door, was super engaging and made sure we had a great time. We got to destroy so many things and it was completely therapeutic. 10/10 would absolutely do again.
