Smash RX was the perfect birthday event for my friend. The person in charge of our 30 minute season was enthusiastic and gave great detail in explaining all of the rules. She also went the extra mile to take plenty of videos and photos on our phone as keepsakes. During the 30 minutes we were able to connect to a speaker and play our own music. They also provided cold water bottles and a snack for after our session which really gave the experience an extra touch. I will definitely be back!

My daughter, grandkids and I attended a day of healing and women empowerment this year as we celebrated Dr Martin Luther King Day. We enjoyed a great sound bath that enlightened our lives and helped me personally shape what goals I had for myself this year. We all made visions board to help us aide in the process and changes we wanted to make in our lives. Great food was served, I had the chance to personally connect with other women who’ve also undertaken the loss of a mother. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely attend another event.
Smash RX is such an incredible experience! It’s the perfect mix of fun, engaging, and surprisingly therapeutic. I went in expecting just to have a little fun smashing things, but I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely recharged. The staff is amazing super welcoming and professional and they really make sure you feel safe and supported the whole time. You can tell they truly care about creating a positive environment for everyone. I can’t wait to come back for another session! Our Westlake High School Girls Basketball program had the best time at Smash RX for our team bonding event! Both our JV and Varsity players, along with our coaches, came together not just to smash glass and wood, but to take it up a notch with car doors and hoods too. It was such a unique and fun way to connect as a team outside of the court. As CIF and league champions, we know the importance of teamwork—and this event gave us the chance to laugh, let loose, and build our bond even stronger. The staff at Smash RX made everything safe, exciting, and unforgettable. We highly recommend Smash RX for any team looking to create lasting memories and strengthen their connection.
