Rage Ground offers a full refund for cancellations made at least 36 hours prior to your scheduled booking. Cancellations within 36 hours are considered final sale. Guests are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes early for check-in and gearing up. A $35 rescheduling fee will be applied if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your reservation.

My girlfriend and I went here on a date night. It was so much fun. Ben and Nadia are the best. They are very helpful, nice, and have positive attitudes. Even helped us get these great photos. Overall, great customer service. Would recommend 10/10.
