How do I book a game?

You can book online through our website. Simply select your desired escape room or Thrill Theater, choose a time slot from the calendar, and complete your reservation. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekend slots, as we tend to fill up quickly.

Are your escape rooms private?

Yes, all our games are completely private, meaning only your reserved group will play the room with you. You won't be paired with strangers.

Are there any age restrictions for players?

While there's no strict age limit, at least one person over the age of 18 must be present in the room with any minors at all times. Some rooms have age recommendations (e.g., 13+, 15+, 16+) due to themes like language, violence, or suspense.

What time should we arrive for our reservation?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled booking. This allows enough time to complete any necessary paperwork, use the restroom, and go over the rules for your experience. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your game may be canceled without a refund.

What should I bring or wear for my experience?

We recommend bringing your phone to fill out electronic waivers (or fill them out beforehand). Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement, and avoid high heels or open-toed footwear for safety.

Can I bring personal items like phones or bags into the room?

For safety and game integrity, electronics (like cameras, phones, smartwatches), bags, food, and drinks are not allowed inside the rooms. We provide lockers for you to store your belongings, many of which include phone charging cables.

Can we play if we've had a few drinks?

We encourage saving celebrations until after your game. We reserve the right to refuse service to any visibly impaired or disruptive guests without refund, as you'll need your full attention and wits to enjoy the experience.

We had the best time ever at Quest Room LA! Our game master AJ was absolutely amazing, super friendly, funny, and really made the experience come alive. The puzzles were challenging but so well designed, and the whole setup felt like a real adventure. The Locker Room game was hands down the best in town, clever, intense, and so much fun from start to finish. Huge shoutout to AK too, the best! You guys made our day. Can’t wait to come back and try the next room. Totally recommend this place, 10/10 experience!

Booking & Cancellation

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, as you are purchasing tickets for a timed event. However, you may reschedule your booking if you provide at least 12 hours' notice by calling or emailing the venue. If you are late, your game time will be reduced accordingly, and if you are more than 30 minutes late, your reservation may be canceled without a refund. Entry may also be refused without refund if guests show signs of intoxication.

Genuinely the best escape room I have ever done. We did the Resurrection room. Actually scary! Our group of five had the best time jumping and screaming. Super interactive in an amazing, creative way. Mia - our game master - was absolutely amazing! She killed it. AJ did a great job introducing us to the game as well!

Awesome place for a fun night with friends or family, there are some kid friendly rooms and also some more adult ones. Malediction was awesome, and Maria was a great host! Would definitely recommend, totally worth it!

*Edited to add* Brenna specifically made our experience over the top fun. The escape rooms are fun for sure but she added that extra bit of spice to our experience. We came back today to do malediction. 10/10 she awesome. Such a fun experience! We did resurrection and it was the perfect amount of scary and funny!
