Update: I was finally able to reach someone by phone and they quickly issued a refund.
It seems like the only way to get a response from some companies it to leave a negative review online 🙁 I booked tickets to an escape room here and there was a family emergency with someone in my party. I tried calling and was connected to an overseas answering service, then transferred to this location where I left a message and nobody returned my call. Then I physically drove to their location during posted business hours and again- nobody home. To date I still haven’t been able to reach anyone here, which is disappointing to say the least.

All sales for tickets are final, and no refunds are issued. However, rescheduling is permitted if you provide at least 48 hours' notice. If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, a $20 rebooking fee per game will be applied. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or instances of no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that same-day bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable if you miss your scheduled game. One of the best Maze Room locations in West LA. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with puzzles that are both clever and structurally satisfying. Some challenges even incorporate physical elements, adding variety and extra fun to the overall experience. The storylines are engaging, with twists that keep you invested from start to finish.
This was our very first escape room and NOTHING HAS COMPARED TO IT. After this one, we had left the area so we tried other ones in a different part of Cali, and it did not satisfy the itch. We have traveled to different states and still, they don’t come close to the fun and thrill we had with this escape room. It felt detailed, clever, with great jump scares, and exciting twists. We were always kept on our feet and were able to move along in a great pace. It was so creative and fun. Don’t hesitate to try this escape room, we can’t wait until we’re back in that area to try another room!! ❤️
So good! We did all three rooms, and all three ‘sets’ were phenomenal. Definitely found them challenging - and nearly failed all of them. What happened to the Garrett’s was probably the best one.
We are a group of three that have done well over 20 escape rooms together and WHAT HAPPENED TO THE GARRETTS will go down as one of our all-time favorites! The game starts out in the Garrett’s 1980s home that has a perfect 80s vintage vibe. There are MORE than a few rooms to navigate and the puzzles are VERY challenging, so go in with a clear head (before happy hour) and ready to think outside the box (or room!). The twist at the end is one of our all time favorites and you won’t be disappointed. We did NOT escape (not even close) yet the staff took pity on us after our huge disappointment and gave us some extra time. We still did not escape! — but had loads of fun. I love this location in West LA since the traffic is not congested and it has a convenient parking lot right outside. So uncommon for an Escape Room in LA!
