Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund or a gift voucher. For cancellations between 24 and 72 hours prior, a $50 fee will be applied, and the remaining balance will be issued as a gift certificate. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for no-shows. Arriving more than 5 minutes late will result in booking cancellation, a $50 fee, and the remaining payment issued as a voucher. No-shows will forfeit all payments.

I had a great time here. The VR setups were smooth, the graphics were impressive, and everything felt clean and well-organized. Staff were helpful and made the whole experience easy, even for beginners. Whether you’re going with friends or just looking for something different to do, it’s definitely worth checking out. Chaos was great the rides here are really nice and I love the set up as well. Have everything by the windows to get everyone's attention definitely got mine. Thanks so much for the explanation and everything had a great time
