Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled booking will receive a full refund to the original payment method or a gift voucher for future use. Cancellations between 24-72 hours prior will incur a $50 fee, with the remaining balance issued as a gift certificate. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will not be refunded. Awesome experience! Will be coming back. Warhammer was fun! The staff made sure everything worked and my son's glasses fit perfectly in the vr goggles.
Frankie helped us with our first ride, he recommended the best ride for us, and we had a blast. We were gonna pass by the store but he was so nice and we decided to give it a shot. Thanks a lot Frankie. I really appreciate it. We will definitely be coming back.
