Parking is limited, so carpooling is recommended. Street parking is available in the neighborhood, and we can make space behind our building for birthday parties if you let us know in advance.

What time should I arrive for my booking?

Please arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled reservation time. Punctuality is important as we operate on a strict schedule, and late arrivals may not be admitted without a refund.

How long does an escape room game last?

Each game provides 60 minutes to complete the adventure. While some teams may finish faster, the full experience is designed for an hour of immersive fun. Birthday parties include an additional 30 minutes for celebration.

Are there any recommendations before starting the game?

To ensure an uninterrupted experience, we suggest using the restroom and muting or powering off your cell phone before entering the game area. Taking pictures inside the MagIQ Room is only permitted with staff approval.

How do I book a game?

All reservations are made through our website's booking page. The process is quick and easy. If you need assistance or have special requests, please call or email us. For same-day bookings, email us, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Refunds are not provided for cancellations or no-shows. However, if you contact us at least 48 hours before your game time, we may be able to reschedule your reservation.

What are the prices and payment options?

Pricing varies by group size: $41.95 per player for 2, $37.95 for 3-4 players, and $34.95 for 5 or more. Kids under 5 play free (up to 2 children) in regular games. Payment is processed online via debit or credit card during booking, or at the door for additional players.

Are there any age restrictions for players?

The games are recommended for ages six and up. Younger children who can read and count will likely enjoy it. Groups with players under 14 require parental guidance in the room, and parents are considered paying participants.

We didn't know what to expect, because when we walked in, it actually felt like we were in a dental office😅 Freezing, hallways without anything in sight behind the doors, and a few couches. But when we started the Escape Room we chose, WOW!!! We forgot we were cold & we were transported to other worlds, it was awesome!! I didn't want it to end. Everyone got to take part in solving puzzles & the props were so cool. We're gonna go again!
