MagIQ Room has a strict no-refund policy for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals. If you need to change your booking, you can possibly reschedule your reservation without a refund if you notify them at least 48 hours before your scheduled game time. It is important to arrive on time, as late arrivals may not be permitted to play and will not receive a refund.

This place is amazing, the staff was so friendly to us. We celebrated a birthday with a group of 4 and we did the mummy which was actually very entertaining! We will be back soon!

We didn't know what to expect, because when we walked in, it actually felt like we were in a dental office😅 Freezing, hallways without anything in sight behind the doors, and a few couches. But when we started the Escape Room we chose, WOW!!! We forgot we were cold & we were transported to other worlds, it was awesome!! I didn't want it to end. Everyone got to take part in solving puzzles & the props were so cool. We're gonna go again!
